Blackcurrant Fridge Cake

Ingredients: 

Serves: 10

Prep time: 20 minutes 

Chill time: 2 hours

200g Dark Chocolate

50g Milk chocolate 

50g Melted butter 

1 tbsp Golden syrup 

2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts

2 tbsp Chopped Almonds 

80g Blackcurrants (Frozen or fresh) 

100g Shortbread Biscuits crushed

Method:

Melt chocolate and fold all the ingredients together. Spoon into a loaf tin or tupperware and pop in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing .
