Berry Ginger Morning Shot

Prep time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
3 thumb size knobs of ginger
200ml apple juice
150g blackcurrants
METHOD
Peel the ginger and roughly chop them, place everything into a food processor and blitz for a minute before passing through a fine sieve.
Pour into containers and keep them in the fridge for a week.
A berry healthy kick start to every day!
