Blackcurrant Chocolate Slice
Serves 4
Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
200g Dates
90g Butter, melted
90g Oats
90g Ground almonds
50g Desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Topping:
180g Single Variety Blackcurrant Jam
160g Gnaw dark chocolate (2 x bars) – melted
Method:
To make the base, whizz all the ingredients until it forms a mixture that starts to come together. Press this down into a lined baking tray or container then pop into the fridge for an hour. Once chilled, spread over the jam then pour over the chocolate. Put it back in the fridge for another hour then slice and enjoy.
