Fuss Free Granola Bars

Makes: 8 bars 

Prep time: 30 minutes 

Bake/set time: 2 hours 

 

INGREDIENTS    

50g mixed seeds

80g mixed nuts

275g oats

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

100g blackcurrants 

2 tbsp honey

80g butter

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp almond butter

METHOD 

 

Mix all the dry ingredients together, then stir in the blackcurrants. Melt the honey and butters, then gently stir into the other ingredients. Line a baking tray with parchment, then press the mixture into the tray and place in the fridge for 2 hours. Slice into bars and enjoy!
