Parma Ham Palmiers

Bake/set time: 8 minutes
1 sheet of ready rolled puff pastry
6 slices of Parma ham
1 sprig of thyme
Unroll the pastry and spread a thin layer of jam all over, a single layer of parma ham and then grated parmesan and thyme.
Roll both long sides into the middle tightly, then place in the freezer for 15 minutes before slicing. Put onto a lined baking tray and cook in a hot oven (200) for 8 minutes. Leave to cool before eating!
