Blackcurrant Crumble Bars
Ingredients: Serves 10
250g Granola
2 tbsp coconut flakes
200g oats
2 tbsp Honey
125g cold butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
For the Filling
200g Blackcurrant Jam
Method:
- Put half of the crumble ingredients into a whizzer and pulse until the mixture starts to come together.
- Line your oven dish with parchment and push the mixture into the base, pop into the fridge while you make the rest of the topping
- Put the rest of the crumble ingredients into a bowl and rub together until it forms little balls.
- Spread the jam over the cooled base them top with the rest of the crumble.
- Put into a pre heard 180 oven for 15 minutes, until the top starts to brown. Leave to cool and store in the fridge.
- Cut into squares and enjoy
