British Garden Cocktail

Ingredients:

50ml Blackcurrant Gun Dog Gin Liqueur 

2 scoops of Salcombe Dairy Blackcurrant Sorbet

Newton Court Cider, to top

Blackcurrants and fresh mint, to garnish

Method:

Pour the blackcurrant gin liqueur into chilled glasses and add a scoop of sorbet. Top with the cider and enjoy.

Best served on a hot day with a sprig of mint and fresh blackcurrants.
