Prep time: 15 minutes
4 tbsp blackcurrants
2 tbsp almond butter
12 tbsp spoons of oats
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Place all the ingredients other than the cocoa powder into a food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together and all the ingredients are nicely combined. We like to keep some texture on these with the oats, so don’t blitz too much.
Dust your hands with cocoa powder, and then roll the mixture into balls.
Pop in the fridge or eat right away for a healthy energy boost.
