Prep time: 15 minutes
2 oranges or grapefruits
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Handful of blackcurrants
Peel the orange or grapefruit over your fruit salad bowl, making sure you collect all the juice. Cut out the segments into the bowl and squeeze out any remaining juice before adding in sliced melon, kiwi and plenty of blackcurrants.
Stir in chopped mint and serve. Enjoy immediately.
