Blackcurrant Espresso Martini
50ml coffee liqueur
1 tbsp blackcurrants and 2 tsp sugar
(or 1 tbsp blackcurrant jam)
First, make your espresso, then muddle your blackcurrants with the sugar in your shaker. Add all the other ingredients and plenty of ice and shake well before pouring into coupe or martini glasses.
Serve with blackcurrant garnish for the perfect New Years Eve tipple.
