Yoghurt and Berry Bark

Serves: 4

Prep time: 10 minutes

Set time: 4 hours or overnight

INGREDIENTS    

500g natural yoghurt

100g dark chocolate 

4 tbsp blackcurrants

1 tbsp coconut flakes

50g mixed nuts, chopped

METHOD  

Pour the yoghurt onto a lined baking tray.

Grate over the dark chocolate and top with fresh blackcurrants, chopped mixed nuts and coconut.

Freeze for at least 4 hours, then slice.
